Mrs. Edwige Yamoah is a seasoned investment and pensions professional with more than 18 years of distinguished experience in the financial services industry. Her expertise spans marketing, fund management, operations, and business development.

She currently serves as Head of Operations at Republic Trust Limited, a subsidiary of Republic Bank (Ghana) PLC, a position she has held since joining the organization in 2021.

Prior to this role, Mrs. Yamoah was Operations Manager at Standard Pension Trust, where she provided strategic leadership in operational management, process optimization, and service delivery excellence.

Her earlier career includes key roles at Databank Group Financial Services, where she served as Finance Manager for the Databank Money Market Fund and as Senior Manager on the Fixed Income and Equities Trading Desk. In these capacities, she played a pivotal role in driving portfolio performance and enhancing operational efficiency.
