Venus Frith brings over two decades of extensive experience in the banking industry, spanning key areas such as Operations, Retail Lending, Commercial and Corporate Lending, Risk Management, and Investment Banking. Throughout his career, he has held several pivotal cross-border roles within Republic Financial Holdings Limited (RFHL), including General Manger, Credit at Republic Bank (Guyana) Limited, Corporate Manager, Credit Manager, and Senior Credit Analyst at Republic Bank Limited.

Academically accomplished, Venus holds an MSc in International Finance with Distinction from the Arthur Lok Jack Global School of Business and a BSc in Banking and Finance from the University of the West Indies. He also possesses Certificates in Education from Queen’s Royal College, further showcasing his commitment to personal and professional development.

Venus began his journey with RFHL in October 2000 and joined Republic Bank (Ghana) PLC in December 2024. His wealth of experience and expertise continue to drive operational excellence and strategic growth for Republic Bank.
